Join a certified WHM Instructor to experience and learn the Wim Hof Method’s 3 pillars: Breathing Technique, cold exposure & commitment. Discover how you can take advantage of cold exposure and oxygen to improve your mind and body. Learn the “why” behind the method and how it is backed by science.
Our small group size of 10 allows for more personal attention from our instructor so you can receive tailored feedback specific to your situation. Whether you are looking to sharpen your mind, relieve painful physical symptoms, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about – this workshop has something to offer.
We’ll begin with an introduction to the Wim Hof method, a breathing session, and an (optional) ice bath. At the end, you can further bond with your instructor and fellow classmates over a healthy salad lunch. Our instructor will be available to help guide and answer any questions throughout.
To help acclimate yourself before your experience with “cold exposure” we recommend finishing your showers with a cold rinse in the days leading up to the workshop. This is probably a bit different than what you’re used to so try not to get overwhelmed and concentrate on relaxing by focusing on your breaths.
This workshop is suitable for everyone, no matter what age if they have a basic level of health. As a precaution, we advise against participation if you are pregnant or epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health condition should as always, consult a medical professional before participating in the Wim Hof Method.
