“I was born a planner, always setting goals even at a very young age. At age 10, I was cashiering at my Dad’s Bingo Hall and by the age of 15 I was doing the accounting. I became very comfortable with money and learned quickly how to invest and leverage my money. At 19, I bought a home and rented to college students and by 24 I turned my passion into a successful financial planning practice. I learned that when you have a clear vision that is driven by a purpose that is meaningful to you, your life will feel more fulfilled and more energized”.
Deanna LaRue is president of TimeWise Financial, LLC in Woodstock, GA. The Kennesaw State University (KSU) graduate earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration/ finance and took the Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam, Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination and the, Life, Accident & Sickness certification. She also completed the two-year Certified Financial PlannerTM course through Kennesaw State University and passed the required 10-hour exam.
Jacob Donovan Graduated from Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Prior to Joining TimeWise Financial he owned and operated a restaurant in and managed an H&R Block. His experience in tax and tax strategies will be of ongoing value to you as a client. Outside of work he enjoys reading and spending time with his family.

“I’ve had the luxury of having a full-time job as an IT professional for 30 years while at the same time being an entrepreneur. While living in Springfield Illinois, I owned a bingo hall for 20 years. Having experience as an employEE and an employER has given me the insight to both sides. I think it’s important for an employER to create a loyal and honest team and this is easy to do if they are equally loyal and honest with their staff. I’m able to use my skills to help TimeWise take care of our internal staff also known as “our work family”.
James Donovan has led a team in the corporate world for 30 plus years. He has also been a risk taker on the entrepreneur ship side- investing in real estate, owning a bingo hall, and presently owning a restaurant that has been in existence for almost 11 years.

“I am a natural as an interviewer. I worked three jobs through college, including a State’s Attorney’s office and a local newspaper writingarticles. Asking questions and learning about what makes people tick is a skill I honed during my 20 years of Human Resources experience, including recruitment and benefits management. I am able to navigate with you through the onslaught of retirement planning inquiries you will have as you look for a plan to meet your lifestyle needs. By asking the right questions, I can get a clearer picture of what your needs and desires are and incorporate them into your plan”.
Kate Moseley graduated from the University of Illinois with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts and sciences and took the Series 6 investment Company and Variable Contracts Products Representative Qualification Examination, Series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and the Life, Accident & Sickness certification. She also completed the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional TMcourse through the College for Financial Planning and completed passed the required exam.
Kelly Martin has been a resident of Kennesaw, Georgia since she moved from south Florida in 2004.She has been with her husband,Jesse, since 2005. They have a daughter named Kaylee and a dog named Emma. She enjoys cooking; learning new techniques andtrying new recipes, making them her own. Kelly also loves watching any kind of football and spending time with family.

As a College student, I was naturally drawn to business and finance, learning waseasy for me. As my expertise grew, I also realized that many struggle within the day-to-day world of finance because it felt like a foreignlanguage to them. Unfortunately, these are the individuals that mismanage what they have or are even taken advantage of. I knew Iwanted to help people maneuver these issues, but it took time to figure out where. I entered the large corporate world with success but lacked fulfillment as the all-important bottom line superseded the importance of the clients. Matthew Atwood is a Georgia native from Clarkesville, GA. He attended the University of North Georgia where he received a bachelor’s degree specializing in Finance. Before his start with TimeWise Financial, he spent time as a Licensed Broker as well as a Pricing Analyst. His experience in both security sales and analytics will be of ongoing value to our clients. Outside of work he enjoys playing golf, trying new restaurants and cheering on The Atlanta Falcons.

“After a long time of juggling a successful career with the needs of my family, I had to reassess everything when my in-laws became illand were unable to care for themselves. I felt less than successful, and my stress levels began to impact my own health. For the sake ofmy family and my well-being, I retired early from my career to focus full-time on my health and the issues that my aging family memberswere facing. During this time, I became very involved in their legal and financial matters including probate, wills, estate planning, Powerof Attorney, home care and choosing an assisted living facility. Sheri Shearer has been a Georgia resident since 1979. Sheri graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in journalism. For more than 25 years, she was a corporate training professional in the transportation, financial, and telecommunications industries developing national training programs, with a focus on customer experience skills. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Jim.
